Lucifer is very subtle. He does not persuade individuals to follow him in one gigantic leap. Rather, he leads them carefully down to hell line upon line, here a little and there a little.
He is quite schooled in the ways of the Father, and he perfectly understands the methodology that actually works in nudging spiritual beings one way or another.
Although he was once schooled in the art of “giving life,” he has now become experienced and well acquainted and expert in the dark art of “extinguishing life.”
He loves to create wedges that separate.
His favorite tool in creating wedges is pride, or enmity, or that which creates an enemy (whether another human being or even God the Father and Jesus Christ).
NOTES:
(1) There is no love among thieves. Whereas those who follow the Father do so out of extreme appreciation and love, those who follow Satan do so out of hatred and animosity towards the Father. They are not loyal to Satan. They do not really care for Satan. They simply see him as their tool to get what they want, revenge against a Father who still has tender feelings for them. They fall in line behind Satan out of their desire to extract intelligence from him in the dark arts of deception and death. But there is no love or affection.
